As most of our products are handcrafted from wood, appearances can be different as no wood is similar. Also, the fabric colour or finish of the furniture may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings
- The product is intended for indoor use only. Continuous exposure to air-conditioned environments is not recommended, as the wood is manufactured at a controlled moisture content of approximately 12%, and prolonged AC conditions may impact the material.
- Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately to prevent stains and absorption of moisture on the finished surfaces.
- Direct heat and prolonged sunlight may cause cracks in the wood and affect the polish; avoid such exposure.
- Use of strong, abrasive, or chemical cleaning agents should be avoided to prevent damage to the finish and material.
CURA HOME Product Warranty Summary
At CURA HOME, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture while being transparent about warranty coverage.
1. Replacement Warranty
- All standard CURA HOME products come with a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of delivery.
- This covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship issues.
- Damages due to misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
2. Service Warranty
- All CURA HOME furniture is covered under a 5 -year service warranty from the date of delivery.
- This includes repair and servicing for manufacturing or workmanship-related issues under normal usage conditions.
3. Custom Design Furniture
- Custom-designed furniture as per reference image of the clien is not eligible for replacement warranty unlike standard cura home product.
- These pieces are, however, covered under a 5-year service warranty for manufacturing and workmanship-related issues.
- Fabric and wood colour changes chosen by the client are treated as standard CURA HOME products for warranty purposes.
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Warranty claims must be raised with the original invoice and product details .
- CURA HOME will inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies for replacement or service support.
5. Limitations & Exclusions
- Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from CURA HOME or through authorized partners.
- Any unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-original parts will void the warranty.
- Variations in wood grain, finish shade, and natural characteristics like minor hairline cracks on solid wood planks or joints caused by natural wood movement are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects, provided they do not affect the structural integrity or functionality of the furniture.
