Products must be inspected promptly by the customer for damage and defects at the time of purchase or delivery. If the customer finds a material defect in material or workmanship in any product, part, or component, they must report such defects during the relevant warranty period to Customer Service at support@curahome.in.
CURA HOME will repair or replace the product free of charge. Replacement or repair of the product does not extend its warranty period beyond the original warranty expiration date. All product warranties are limited warranties and are applicable only to the original customer with proof of purchase.
Material and Workmanship Warranty
We provide a warranty against faulty material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale by repairing or, at our option, replacing the faulty product free of charge if defects are found during this period.
Scope of Warranty
- Manufacturing and material defects.
- Wood and metal finishes, provided the use and care of the product follow the intended maintenance procedures.
- Ripping of tailoring seams, provided the use and care of the product follow the intended maintenance procedures.
- Joinery of wooden structures.
- Joints of metal structures.
- All metal and wood finishes may slightly change over time due to natural behavior. Such changes do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- All foam composites naturally soften with use, which does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- The customer is required to follow suitable wet mop cleaning for wood, metal, stone, glass, mirror, acrylic, and veneer surfaces without using aggressive cleaning agents.
- The customer is required to follow dry cleaning methods for fabric upholstered furniture, avoiding aggressive chemicals.
- The customer is required to follow proper degreasing, buffing, and shining procedures for leather furniture using recommended compounds only.
- Products once set up after unpacking in a particular location must not be repacked with unauthorized packaging material or moved to another location. This warranty does not apply to products subjected to repackaging and relocation.
Excluded from Warranty Policy
- It does not extend to consequential damage or losses.
- It does not apply if repairs, modifications, or any kind of alterations have been carried out by external agencies.
- It does not cover deterioration or rusting due to atmospheric conditions.
- It does not cover normal wear and tear.
- It does not cover Mirror, Glass, Stone, Marble, and Acrylic.
- Warranty claims will be processed according to the Standard Operating Procedures governing product warranties, and the manufacturer's decision in handling such claims shall be final and binding on the customer.
