Return & Cancellation Policy

Product Quality & Inspection

At CURA HOME, products are manufactured using good quality materials. We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment. Our products are manufactured using high-quality materials. Defects and variance in the product must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery. Issues not presented within 7 days of delivery will not be considered and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products must be inspected promptly by the customer for damage and defects at the time of purchase or delivery. If the customer finds a material defect in material or workmanship in any product, part, or component, they must report such defects during the relevant warranty period to Customer Service at support@curahome.in.

CURA HOME will repair or replace the product free of charge. Replacement or repair of the product does not extend its warranty period beyond the original warranty expiration date. All product warranties are limited warranties and are applicable only to the original customer with proof of purchase.

We encourage customers to review product dimensions before making a purchase to avoid situations where the product may not fit through doorways. We will not be able to offer returns or exchanges in such cases.

Order Cancellation

  • If there is a change of heart after placing an order, the customer can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 hours of order placement, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Most of our furniture is customized as per the customer’s specifications. Custom-made orders are taken into production immediately upon order and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.

Cancellation Charges

  • We will process any refunds and/or provide credits after deducting 4% of the order value or the payment gateway charges, whichever is higher, as cancellation charges.
  • The customer will receive the refund within 15 working days after deducting the cancellation charges.

Return Policy

  • Most of our furniture is customized as per customer specifications. Custom-made orders are taken into production immediately upon order and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.
  • Other items can be returned within one week (07 days) of delivery. Return requests are not accepted after one week (07 days) from the date of delivery.
  • We accept returns only in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects.
  • The product should be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
  • Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.
  • To process a return, email us at support@curahome.in with your order number, details, and a photo of the damage if possible, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • We are happy to replace any damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless the order received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Evaluation & Pickup

  • Return requests are evaluated by our technical team, and our customer support will contact you within 24 hours based on the evaluation.
  • Return pickup will be scheduled based on your subsequent interactions with our customer support representative.
  • The product scheduled for return pickup will be collected by our logistic partner from the original shipping address within one week of initiating the return request.

Refund Process

  • We will process refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in new condition and in the original packaging.
  • The order total will be refunded, minus costs for shipping and handling each way, within 15 working days after we receive and check the returned goods.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original mode of payment.
  • If you have availed an EMI option, the refund will be initiated through an NEFT transaction to your bank account.
  • If you have earned and used any cashback offers in your order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the canceled product.
